Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garments are in pristine condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
